At New Vision, we extend psychological support services to our community members. Our team is from the refugee community, and they understand the needs of the community. We have a female safe space where females from the community come and meet together. In this safe space, they share their personal stories to show how they adapt to the situation and share ideas they bring to share with others.
\nThey share project ideas and job opportunities that fit their situation. Handmade skills and experience are highly motivated females in this space. New Vision supports them with materials, and they use them to make different handmade items (from bags to accessories).<\/p>\n
During the crisis, New Vision supports refugees to stay connected to each other, where they can share their small resources with each other. They share houses in case any community members face eviction for not being able to pay the rent.<\/p>\n
New Vision provides food assistance and housing to the most vulnerable cases in the community; we help at least 6 cases per month with housing. And also we provide small medical grants for the medical cases; the grants are aimed to help them till they are able to connect to other service providers.<\/p>\n
