New Vision is dedicated to helping refugees not only survive but thrive within their new communities. Living in an urban environment like Cairo, where there are no formal camps, presents unique challenges for refugees who often arrive with limited access to information.

To address this, we conduct regular information-sharing sessions designed to raise awareness and help community members successfully integrate.

Our sessions cover critical topics that are essential for daily life and long-term stability, including:

• Service Providers: We provide guidance on navigating the network of organizations, including the UNHCR and its partners, that offer support and assistance.
• Registration: We offer clear instructions on how to register with the UNHCR, a crucial first step for all refugees to formalize their status.
• Accessing Services: We inform refugees about how to access vital services, from healthcare to legal aid.
• Education: We share information on how to ensure refugee children have access to education and are enrolled in schools.
• Residency: We provide guidance on the process of obtaining a residency permit, which is essential for living and working in Egypt.

By sharing this vital information, New Vision empowers community members to overcome the challenges of displacement and build a more stable and integrated future.
